Steps to ordering:

- Find a ring on the website.
- Decide if you want to order as it is or make modifications.
- You can change the type of gold, size/colour/cut/type of gemstone, band size and much more. Just email me with requests.
- If you want to design a ring from scratch, I can also do that. I won’t replicate another jeweller’s design. Send me an e-mail with what you had in mind, any photos of inspirations, details required and budget to info@margajewelry.com
- Made-to-order rings will be delivered quicker than customised rings.
- Made-to-order can take 4-7 weeks, and customised rings can take 4-8 weeks once the design is approved.
- Bespoke designs can take a few days to months until we settle on a design, so please plan ahead.
- Ready-to-ship Rings are dispatched in 1-3 days.
- If buying an engagement ring, make sure you give extra time for delivery or in case something happens in the process and causes delays.
- Check your ring size. I have a chart on each ring page and also a page at the bottom of the website with instructions if you are not sure of your size. Write the ring size in UK format.
- If ordering outside the UK, be aware of Duty Taxes as I am not responsible for these fees. You will need to pay any charges incurred once in your country before the DHL releases the parcel to you. I only cover the shipping costs. I ship internationally with DHL express.
