Read Before Order

Before ordering, make sure you read all the instructions and policies. I have a page of Frequently Asked Questions, so make sure you read it. 

Steps to ordering:

     - Find a ring on the website.
     - Decide if you want to order as it is or make modifications.
     - You can change type of gold, size/colour/cut/type of gemstone, band size and much more. Just email me with requests.

     - If you want to design a ring from scratch, I can also do that. I won’t replicate other jeweller’s design. Send me an e-mail with what you had in mind, any photos of inspirations, details required and budget to info@margajewelry.com
     - Made-to-order rings will be delivered quicker than customised rings.
     - Made-to-order can takes 2-3 weeks and customised rings can take 4-5 weeks once design is approved (Please be aware of prolonged lead if ordering in January due to staff annual leave! Normal times restart in February)

     - Ready-to-ship Rings are dispatched in 1-3 days.
     - If buying an engagement ring, make sure you give extra time for delivery or in case something happens in the process and causes delays.
     - Check your ring size. I have a chart on each ring page and also a page at the bottom of the website with instructions if you are not sure of your size. Write the ring size in UK format.
     - If ordering outside UK, be aware of duties tax as I am not responsible for these fees.
