Design
It all begins with a creative design sketch, where the initial concept is brought to life on paper, capturing the unique vision of the piece.
3D CAD
This sketch is then transformed into a detailed 3D CAD model, allowing for a precise digital representation that ensures every aspect of the design is meticulously planned.
Casting
Using the 3D model, a mold is created, which is then filled with molten gold (or the chosen metal) to cast the ring's basic shape.
Filing and Prepping
After casting, the ring is carefully refined, with prongs and settings prepared to securely hold the gemstones.
Gemstone Setting
Skilled artisans set each gemstone into the ring, ensuring they are perfectly aligned and securely placed.
Polishing
The ring is polished to perfection, giving it a smooth, brilliant finish that enhances its beauty and shine.
Hallmarking
Finally, the ring is sent to the London Assay Office for hallmarking. This step certifies the quality and purity of the metal, adding the final seal of authenticity to your Marga ring.
