- Use a mild soap and water solution for a deeper clean. Soak for a few minutes, then use a soft brush to clean. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth or a blow-dryer on the COLD setting (never hot).

- I recommend washing your jewellery once every few weeks or more often if you notice build-up occurring. Don’t forget to clean under the gemstone.

- Have your jewellery sent for cleaning for extra care.
