Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may apply in their country. Please be aware that delays can occur if these fees are not paid promptly. If you refuse to pay customs and your package is returned to sender, you will be additionally responsible for paying any fees associated with that return.
Lead Times
- My rings are meticulously crafted to order. Lead times include hallmarking and dispatch.
- Delivery time takes around 1-3 business days. Be aware that customs issues can take longer and it is out of my control.
- Rings ordered from stock will be dispatch in 1-3 business days.
- If the ring ordered is from a design already made with no further changes, lead time is around 2-3weeks.
- Custom orders are typically 4-6 weeks.
- Please be sure to check these processing times before placing your order, especially if you have a deadline. Keep in mind that delays can occur with mail couriers.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can choose Klarna, Clearpay or PayPal to pay in 3-4 payments.
Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
How can I cancel my order?
- I am here to assist with any changes to orders or cancellations. Please submit requests within 24 hours by using the contact form. Requests beyond 24 hours cannot be guaranteed.
Can I get a refund?
- Customers requesting refunds on made to orders will be paid the full amount, minus a 3% restocking fee, as long as the item is in perfect shape and refund is requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers requesting refund on custom orders will not be allowed refund. If only gemstones were changed, a partial refund will be possible.
- Refunds on faulty items caused by the client will also not be allowed.
How do I return my order?
- Please contact me as soon as possible for return instructions.
- All returns require prior authorization.
Please review these important details about returns before submitting a request:
- Pieces must be in the same condition as when they were received, and must be in original packaging with all cards, certifications, boxes, etc. included.
- A return shipping label will be provided.
- If you are returning your item from outside the UK, I am not liable for any import/customs fees that may be required by your mail courier. Failure to pay customs fees may result in your piece being returned to you.
- Any refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
Warranty
Do you offer any warranty?
- All rings have a 1-year warranty against workmanship or manufacturer defect.
- If main stone is missing or damage, it may be possible to replace it under the 1 year warranty, but please email me to check is possible. Small stones under 0.05ct are replaceable at any time as long as it is in stock.
- Warranty is void if ring is worked on by another jeweller.
- Not covered under the 1 year Warranty: theft, normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect.
- I recommend seeking insurance from a third party.
Sizing
Resizing
- You have one complimentary resizing with your ring. This applies to most of the designs, but please note that some intricate or custom designs may require special handling or may have limitations on resizing.
- The cost of shipping the ring back to me is free within UK orders, but international costumers are responsible for shipping/duties tax. It might be preferable to find a reliable jeweller and having it done locally.
- Turnaround Time
The resizing process typically takes 1–2 weeks from the time I receive your ring. However, this may vary depending on the complexity of the design and current workload.
How can I find my ring size?
The best and most reliable way is to go to a local jeweller and have the size check. If not possible, please read here the instructions
Lab Diamonds
Are Lab Diamonds fake?
Definitely not! Lab diamonds are exactly same as man made diamonds but just created in lab. Check our page here for more information.
What is the difference between Moissanite and Lab Diamonds?
Both are stones that last a lifetime. Moissanite is cheaper and a bit less hard than diamonds, but perfect for every day wear and engagement, wedding rings. Check here for more information.
Gemstones
Can I request a certain size and shape?
- Yes, you can. I will do my best to find the perfect gemstone for you. I work with small businesses that can do special gemstone cuts that are amazing, but stock is limited.

Can I request customisation?
Generally, yes. But please contact me for more information to check if possible, and I will do my best to help you.
Hallmarking
Are your rings real gold?
Yes. All my rings are sold hallmarked. I send the rings to London or Birmingham Assay Office. Check my page here regarding Hallmarking.
